Rules and Requirements
Client Requirements:
Complete Abstinence:
Maintain complete abstinence from drugs and alcohol at all times. Any use of substances will result in immediate eviction.
Participation in Groups:
Actively participate in all scheduled group community sessions and activities.
Phase System Compliance:
Adhere to the rules and expectations of each phase of the program as outlined by the staff.
Obtain a 12-Step Sponsor:
Secure a sponsor within the first two weeks of joining the program and maintain daily communication with them.
Attend Daily 12-Step Meetings:
Commit to attending a 12-step meeting every day, either in person or virtually.
Engage in IOP, Job/School, or Volunteer Work:
Participate in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), seek employment, enroll in educational programs, or engage in volunteer work as directed by the program.
Follow Aftercare Requirements:
Comply with all aftercare plans and recommendations provided by your treatment team

Curfew:
Adhere to the curfew based on the three-phase system:
Phase 1: 10:00pm
Phase 2: 10:30pm
Phase 3: 11:00pm
Right to Evict:
Acknowledge that the facility reserves the right to evict any resident who violates the rules or is deemed disruptive to the community.
Household Duties:
Keep your living space clean and tidy at all times.
Participate in rotating chores to maintain common areas and ensure a clean living environment.
Random Drug and Alcohol Testing:
Be open to and comply with random drug and alcohol testing to ensure a substance-free environment.
Weekly Community Meetings:
Attend and actively participate in weekly community meetings to discuss concerns, updates, and community events.
Location Tracking:
Keep location tracking enabled on your phone for the owner/manager for safety and accountability purposes.
No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
No Male Visitors:
Male visitors are not allowed on the premises at any time.
No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not permitted in the facility to ensure a safe and clean living environment for all residents.
